You waste more time just trying to use Hubdoc as design. It’s been six months and they still have not fixed issues with the 15 tickets open. Csv which is great for manual importing into Xero Ledger. It seems that the feeds are constantly going down and the majority of the battle (rather than collecting documentation manually) is ensure the feeds with whichever institution is functioning properly.

Some glitches may occasionally arise like the auto fetch connections may sometimes go down. Thanks to the support team that always come in handy to fix any such issues. Being able to synchronize with Xero is awesome. I love being able to upload my business bills & receipts and have them publish to Xero tied in to the right vendors and accounts.

Feeds break often so if that could be improved that would be great as well. HOWEVER, our Hubdoc, even though we turned off Autosync (after it auto-posted 50 invoices as credit notes), auto-publishes when I’m at home asleep. It’s a simple interface but that’s also it’s biggest downfall because it’s unintuitive. Bookkeeping made easy, it has changed the whole process and made it very enjoyable. A great first step into getting our essential documents all in one place.

When I put out a software or bank sync request, I don’t usually hear back from anyone on the Hubdoc team. When I have an issue using Hubdoc, I don’t ever hear back from the customer service team. It allows document storage and email forwarding, as well as syncing with a bookkeeping software.
